2. Who manufactures and ships the products?
The physical products are printed and shipped through Printify, a trusted platform that partners with high-quality manufacturers around the world. For example, if you order a mug from the U.S., it will be printed and shipped by the nearest production facility to ensure fast delivery.
3. Are the designs original?
Yes. Every design is exclusively created by KarArmDesign and is not sold elsewhere. You receive a unique, artistic product.
4. Is shipping included in the product price?
No. Shipping costs are calculated separately based on your location and the selected product. The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout.
5. How can I trust the product quality?
Printify's partner manufacturers operate with high standards to ensure clean printing and quality materials. If there’s any issue with your item, you can reach out to us, and we’ll resolve it as soon as possible.
6. Where is my order shipped from?
Currently, our products are available for shipping within the United States only. The manufacturing and shipping location is selected automatically by Printify based on your delivery address within the U.S., ensuring your order is fulfilled by the nearest available facility for faster delivery.
7. Can I return a product?
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, along with clear photos. We’ll issue a replacement or refund.
8. Is my payment information secure and what payment methods are available?
Yes. Our store uses secure, encrypted checkout powered by Shopify. Your payment information is never stored on our servers and is fully protected during the transaction.

4. Can I request a custom design?
At this time, we do not offer fully custom designs. However, you’re welcome to reach out with suggestions or collaboration ideas, and we’ll consider them for future collections.
5. Can I order a sample before making a large order?
Yes, you can purchase a single item as a paid sample to evaluate the product’s quality, design, and colors. This helps ensure it meets your expectations before placing a bulk order. Discounts are available for larger quantities upon request.
