The product goes through a dye sublimation process. Firstly, the design is printed on heat-resistant transfer paper then the image is embedded into the item for a long-lasting print secured with a heat press.

Full wrap style Phone Cases (such as slim, tough, and Magsafe tough) are printed using 3D dye sublimation, delivering high resolution and stunning colors sublimated using industry leading techniques and protected by a clear coat finish. All inks are water-based. Casestry flat-print cases (such as our Clear Cases) are printed using surface UV printing technology that offers reliable adhesion, resists cracking or peeling, and provides support for transparency in PNG designs.

✅ Quality Control

Quality control in the Casestry's print facility is a multi-step process involving the machine operator, a follower that reviews the product after the operator has printed it, and a dedicated QC station prior to packaging/shipping. Operators can reprint orders immediately if initial print has a defect. All steps of the QC process allow Casestry to assign scores to staff members, support improved training.

Each product is carefully placed in an inner pouch and then packaged in a bubble mailer to prevent any damage during transit. Both outer shipping pack and inner shipping pouch are recyclable.
