💸 Made-to-Order Products
All items are custom-printed by our production partner Printify and made specifically for each customer.
❌ No Returns/Exchanges for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color selection, or personal preferences. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct options when placing an order.
✅ Damaged or Defective Items
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery to report any defects
- Provide order number, photo proof, and a brief description
We will provide a replacement or refund. No need to return the defective product.
📬 Address Issues / Shipping Problems
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
⚠️ Additional Notes
- Shipping delays caused by carrier are not our responsibility.
- Quality control, sizing, and fulfillment are managed by Printify.
- No changes or cancellations after order placement.
